Shipping and Returns

Delivery

For deliveries within the UK:

Orders placed before 12 PM will be dispatched either that day or the following day by Royal Mail. Express option should arrive in 1 - 3 working days and Standard option 2 - 4 working days.

For Standard postage for a small parcel including gift wrapping and P&P is £5.99

For Express postage for a small parcel including gift wrapping and P&P is £8.99

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50

Please note: We do not make any profit on packaging, pack or post.

International Delivery:

If you live outside of the UK, your country inspects goods as they arrive. Sometimes they apply duties and taxes with a small handling fee. This is dependent on each country's custom thresholds, any trade agreements that are in place and the courier companies' handling cost. This is not included in our product or shipping cost.

Orders will be sent out to you by Royal mail International Standard.

For EU (European Union) postage for a small parcel including gift wrapping and P&P is £10.99 GBP arrive in 2 - 11 working days.

For International postage for a small parcel including gift wrapping and P&P is £12.99 GBP arrive in 3 - 17 working days.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since date of your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be subject to Denim Star® discretion.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us with subject line 'Late Refund'.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send photo evidence to email us with subject line 'Exchange'.

Subject to Denim Star® discretion, once reviewed you will be emailed with a UK postal address to send your item.

Return Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that is provided to you by email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
